For our motorsports team, we’re looking for an open, warm, and reliable person who enjoys being there for others and works behind the scenes to ensure that drivers, mechanics, and team members feel completely at ease.
As a Team Support member, you’ll be a central point of contact within the team. You’ll always be ready to listen, keep a clear head even in hectic situations, and use your positive attitude to ensure that everything runs smoothly in the paddock—not just technically, but on a personal level as well.
Your Responsibilities
- Point of contact for the day-to-day needs of drivers, mechanics, and team members
- Providing for and supporting the team during race events and test days
- Organizing meals, beverages, and shopping
- Maintaining and organizing the kitchen, refrigerator, and lounge areas
- Preparing meals and snacks for the team
- Assisting with organizational tasks related to events and travel
- Ensuring that the team has everything it needs, even on long race days
- Thinking proactively, pitching in, and helping out wherever support is needed
- Contributing to a pleasant team atmosphere with your positive and open attitude
